You may return unused and unopened items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If you received incorrect or defective merchandise you may request an exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase. Customer is responsible for all return postage except in the case of a customer receiving incorrect or defective merchandise.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of sending your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
At this moment, we are currently shipping orders only within the United States and Canada. If you live outside of the USA and Canada, and would like to order our products, please call us at 1-303-254-5043 to see if we can ship to your country.
